Caroline Caswell – Partner & Managing Director of Operations, Pramana Collective

Caroline Caswell is Partner & Managing Director of Operations at Pramana Collective, a strategic advisory firm that provides innovative companies with cutting-edge positioning and communications strategies.

Caswell has nearly 15 years of experience in the social, brand and digital marketing industry. Before joining Pramana Collective, she served as the Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing at Shazam, where she directed product marketing strategy, developed customer communication pipelines and drove innovative partner marketing campaigns. Caswell has also previously led marketing activities at W Hotels and Contiki Holidays.

At Zignal Summit 2019, Caswell and her fellow panelists will discuss how to tackle modern consumer expectations around outspoken brands, as well as strategies brands can employ to define who they are in the minds of today’s discerning consumers.

Chris Librie – Former Head of Global Impact & Giving, eBay

Formerly Head of Global Impact & Giving at eBay, Chris Librie was responsible for driving the company’s purpose through eBay’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, the eBay for Charity platform, the Everyday Heroes program and the eBay Foundation, among other initiatives.

As part of eBay’s CSR program, Librie launched the Retail Revival program, an initiative that helps brick-and-mortar retailers grow their online business and reach more customers by leveraging eBay’s global platform and marketplace. After successfully piloting the program in Akron, OH, Librie helped expand the program to Lansing, MI, Greensboro, NC, Wolverhampton, UK and Halifax, Canada.

Before joining eBay, Librie served as Senior Director of Living Progress at Hewlett Packard (HP), as well as held various executive and director-level positions at SC Johnson, Diageo Brands and Unilever. Librie is a member of Kiva.org’s Leadership Council and is also an active speaker, recently presenting at SXSW.

At Zignal Summit 2019, Librie and his fellow panelists will discuss the guideposts and measurement tools brands can utilize to best engage with their stakeholders and gauge the impact of their CSR initiatives.

Lisa Lanspery – Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications & Public Relations, Synchrony Financial

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Public Relations at Synchrony Financial, a consumer financial services company, Lisa Lanspery drives the company’s reputation and business growth through proactive storytelling.

Prior to joining Synchrony Financial, Lanspery spent seven years in various executive positions at IBM, where she led global communications for several of IBM’s business groups, solutions and initiatives. As part of her more than 23 years of total industry experience, Lanspery has also held marketing positions at General Electric (GE), barnesandnoble.com and Burson-Marsteller, among others.
