Allyson Hugley is Vice President of Analytics, Market Research and Global Communications at Prudential Financial, a Fortune 500 insurance and investment management company. In her role, Hugley leads the development, adoption and strategic optimization of analytics and market intelligence solutions to deepen the protection and promotion Prudential’s brand reputation.

An experienced industry executive with over 20 years of experience, Hugley previously worked as President of Measurement and Analytics at Weber Shandwick, a leading communications agency. She has also held senior roles at the Institute for Public Relations, MSLGROUP Americas, Scholastic, Inc. and GfK Roper Public. An expert at developing audience intelligence, media research and digital analytics solutions to inform business, marketing and communications strategy, Hugley has been recognized with multiple honors by The Network Journal, Black Enterprise, PR News and PR Week.

Anuj Nayar – VP, Head Of Communications & Financial Health Officer, LendingClub

Anuj Nayar is Vice President, Head of Communications & Financial at Health at LendingClub, a publicly-traded peer-to-peer lending company. After successfully rebranding the company into “America’s Financial Health Club” shortly after joining the company, Nayar currently directs all of the company’s internal and external communications.

An accomplished communications executive and one of FinTech’s Most Influential Voices of 2016, Nayar has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing integrated communications and marketing strategies that position brands, companies and products as innovative game changers. Before joining LendingClub, Nayar spent ten years in various executive positions at PayPal, where he shaped the company’s growth communications strategies. Nayar has also served as Head of Mac Public Relations at Apple, where he led communications for several high profile product launches that culminated in the 2008 launch of the Apple App Store.

At Zignal Summit 2019, Nayar and his fellow panelists will explore how brands can regain control in an increasingly chaotic media landscape, discuss the importance of early warning systems and share strategies for battling unexpected crises.
