1. Services Visitors
Like most website operators, Zignal Labs collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Zignal Labs’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Zignal Labs’ visitors use its Services. From time to time, Zignal Labs may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Services.
Zignal Labs also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol
(IP) addresses. Zignal Labs does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
2. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
In order to use the Services you must enter certain personal information, such as your name and email address. In order to charge you for Zignal Labs’ services, you must provide us with a valid form of payment and a phone number. The more information you provide (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to customize and provide our services to suit your needs and preferences. In each case, Zignal Labs collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with Zignal Labs. Zignal Labs does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. You may always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from using all features of the Zignal Labs application.
